Senior Manufacturing Engineer

A fantastic company we work with are looking to increase their production and with this require the addition of a senior manufacturing engineer. This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked in Scaling production for innovative R&D focused companies with success of documentation, improving and ensuring processes are efficient and working across multiple teams. The company is an exciting high tech start up who are looking to build on current success by increasing their overall units production into the next phase to cope with demand.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience within a manufacturing or production role focusing in R&D with mass production experience
• Good knowledge and implementation of DFM,DFA principles and continuous improvement
• Design and implementation of tools and jigs for assembly and testing
• Good experience in detailed documentation writing for multiple areas across manufacturing
• Ability to work with multiple teams such as supply chain, design and testing.
